高円寺中通り商店街をずっと奥へ進んで
馬橋通り手前にできた割烹店。
店主は、ミシュラン一つ星の銀座うち山出身の方。
カウンター席に案内され
オープンキッチンなのでスタッフの動きが
よくわかる。
料理は、さすがと思わさられる。
どれも、美味しい。
器も、備前焼や手書きの伊万里焼きを使っていたり
グラスも薄張りだったりそれなりの器を使っている。
ただ、他の人がレビューしているように
店主以外のスタッフは素人レベル。
辿々しい感満載なのだ。
その事をおおらかな目で構えていれば
楽しいひとときを過ごせるであろう。
値段も、とてもリーズナブル。
