天ぷらご飯(\2600+税)
海老二本、玉葱、南瓜、真鯛、茄子、公魚、舞茸、紫蘇巻き海老、穴子、烏賊と葱のかき揚げ、ご飯、赤出汁の味噌汁、お新香、ラフランスのシャーベット
サクサク衣の中に、海老のプリプリ感、真鯛/穴子のフワフワ感、南瓜のホクホク感など食材の食感が存分に味わえる。
特に美味しかったのは、中盤に出て来る紫蘇で巻いた海老天で、少し油っぽくなった口を紫蘇でさっぱりさせつつ、プリプリ海老を頂く。
最後に出て来るのは烏賊と葱のかき揚げで、烏賊の肉厚もっちり感と、衣のサクサク感のコントラストが楽しい。大根おろし天つゆがよく合う。
密かにかき卵たっぷりの味噌汁が好み
