人気の飲食店ひしめく代々木公園・八幡駅は、なぜかラーメン店が少ないエリアです。22年にオープンしたこちらのお店は昼はラーメン専門、夜はラーメン居酒屋になります。
鶏ガラと水のみで炊いたという看板の『特製鶏白湯らーめん』を注文。
まず、上品なポタージュのような白湯スープに驚きました。脂っぽさが少なく、それでいてクリーミーでしっかりとした鶏の味と塩味を感じます。
2種の鶏チャーシューも抜群ですが、炙られた鶏皮＋柚子胡椒がとてもイイ！素敵な味変！
