東京・桜上水にある家系ラーメン店「桜道家」。
こちらは新中野の武蔵家の系列。
桜上水駅から徒歩1分の場所にあります。
前から評判いいのを聞いてたので酔った勢いで22時に訪問。
・ラーメン 並 750円
スープは粘度も高く、動物系ガツンと濃厚そのもの。
カエシもボヤけることなくガツンと。
動物系の中にもキレがあってバランスもいいです。
麺は定番の酒井製麺の平打ち中太麺。
武蔵家も店舗によって麺の細さが異なるようで、こちらは中でも太い部類です。
やっぱり家系ラーメンならこのくらいの太さが欲しい。
ほうれん草はクタクタでそのままスープに溶けてしまいそう。
チャーシューはスモーキーで香りの余韻も。
噂に違わず美味しい一杯でした。ごちそうさまでした。
