池ノ上のエリアで一番人気の洋食店です。なかなか予約をしないとふらりと入れません。満を持して日曜日の夜に予約して伺いました。
前菜に、茄子ペーストと塩豚、イチジクと柿とマスカルポーネチーズの冷製、そして、賞味期限一分のフルーツトマトのパイ。いずれも感心するほど美味しいです。
メインは、トネリコ特製のハンバーグ。舌触りがよく美味しい。
パスタは、具材とベースを決めるとあとはシェフがインスピレーションで作ってくれます。オイルベースで野菜でお願いしました。色とりどりの野菜が美味しい。
〆は、サバと新生姜の炊き込みご飯。これもまた唸るほど美味しい。
別腹は、フォンダンショコラ、プリン、ブランマンジェ。
呑んでくって、一人6千円強。
食いしん坊が集まるよい店です。おいしかった。ごちそうさまでした。
