【少食アラサー並感です】
食べる量・味の好み・お腹の弱さなどさっぱり系にシフトしてきた人向けのおすすめ注文です。
・注文→こってり度は「あっさり」、秘伝のタレは「1/2」
・トッピング→きくらげ、半熟塩ゆでたまご、オスカランの酸味、小ごはん
とんこつや細麺が好みかどうかは別として、スープの美味しさは言わずもがな。
ただ、油断してこってり度も秘伝のタレも「基本」にすると、ダイレクトに胃腸に来るようになってきた悲しきアラサー。
食べ物が悪いのではなくて、体質や年齢の影響が出ることも当然あると思います。
一蘭を美味しく楽しむために、カスタムは無理をしないこと、白米や酸味を含め箸休めになるようなものを用意することを意識しています。
また行きたくなる中毒性は、カスタムという要素のせいも一つあるね。
