休日の午後に来訪。ランチ終わり少し前でしたが、3組ほど並んでいて、少し待って入れました、
まずはこれを、という「とく担々麺」1150円を頂きました。辛さは中辛。普通の担々麺味玉にひき肉、九条ネギ、もやしなどトッピングが追加されています。にんにく、お酢などの調味料は入り口近くにまとめて置いてありました。
山椒、唐辛子の味は控えめで胡麻、味噌の旨みが目立つさらっとしたスープ。中辛はあまり辛くなかったので、途中で山椒、辣油、唐辛子などで味変。美味しい一杯でした。
