店内
OPENと同時にお邪魔し、一番乗りでした。その後２組来店がありました。
昼間でもお店の中は雰囲気があり、ライティングが映えます。シェフがお一人で回しており、愛想はあまりないものの、落ち着いた中でご飯を食べれます。
料理
スペアリブの外はカリカリですが、お肉はすごいほろほろ、、、一口目は骨まで食べちゃいました。ソースはスパイシーなこってりソースで、下に敷いてるもやしとポテトも絡めてこちらはさっぱりいただけます。
プレートにはスープ、サラダ、きんぴらごぼう、レンズ豆、ポテトサラダ、パン。スープはチャウダー風、レンズ豆はカレー風味、きんぴらごぼうは業務用のきんぴらのような安定感でした。
夜だと1ピース800円ですが、プレート＋400円でランチと考えるとコスパが良いです。
