久々の、そして二度目の訪問
前回、二日酔いで「野菜たっぷりタンメン」をお願いしたところ
予想外にコックリしたスープに箸が止まってしまったw
お味のせいじゃないですよ、私の体調の問題です。
今回はベーシックに「ラーメン」と「半チャーハン」。
ラーメンは、醤油の香りが立ったスープにシコシコ中太麺がマッチ。
特筆すべきは、不揃いながら噛み締めるとほんのり甘味のあるメンマ。
そして、炙りチャーシューは「豚肉」を食べている感覚を味わうことの出来る
歯ごたえと旨み。
半チャーハンは、ハラリとした炒め上がりのヤキメシといった風情で
麺ものとの組合せは、十二分に空腹を満たすのもです。
世田谷通り沿いは、競合ひしめくラーメン激戦区。
近くの らーめん 陸などとは指向性が全く違いますが
是非一度こちらのラーメンもお試しを。
