接待だが気心の知れたメンバー10名の会食。事前の電話で、予算、メンバーを知らせて相談し当日伺った。初めて来訪する際、予約時の電話で当たりはずれが大体予想がつくものなので、相当の期待をして来訪した。
 期待を上回る食事内容と客あしらいだった。先方にも気に入ってものは当然だが、皆が驚いており私の株が上がると言う副産物までいただいた。ちっとも私自身が努力していないので、思わず「ニヤリ」としてしまったのはいうまでも無い。いくらだったのか3人に聞かれたのがCPがいい証拠で、平均150%位といったところ。
 メニューは赤ワインに合う ガッツリ肉系のオンパレードで、トリフも存分に楽しませてもらった。鳥レバー、ハツ、つくね。テール、シカ、フレンチコース料理では無く、好きなものを好きなだけコースと言ったメニュー。季節を変えて行きたいお店でもある。秋から冬の間に春が来る前にまた食事をしたい。
