[About bringing in wine and cake]
If you are visiting us for the second or subsequent visit (only for customers who have visited us within the last six months), and you have booked the Truffle Course or the 10,000 yen Party Plan, we will accept your own wine for 1,500 yen (1,650 yen including tax) per glass.
If you would like to bring in a celebration cake, please contact us by phone (we cannot accept emails for either wine or cake)

It seems like the coronavirus craze is finally over, but for the time being we will continue to limit the number of seats and only accept customers with reservations. We will only respond to questions, requests and inquiries over the phone. If you are a party of 5 or more people or if you will be bringing children, please call us before making a reservation (online reservations without an inquiry will not be accepted). Anyone who does not cooperate with infection prevention measures or who is drunk and shouting will be asked to leave the premises. Please note that in such cases we will charge the full amount. We would like to operate in a way that allows everyone to spend a fulfilling time with peace of mind.

Now that eating out has become more important than casually due to the COVID-19 pandemic,
In order to ensure a pleasant experience for our customers, we believe it is necessary for both the store and customers to take precautions against infectious diseases. We are constantly using thick disinfectant sheets, disinfecting, ventilating, etc., and we ask our customers to cooperate as well.

Although our restaurant serves casual French cuisine, we believe it has a fairly good customer base. However, since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have occasionally had customers who come for the first time and ask to be treated the same as regulars, or who shout loudly during the meal if the food doesn't suit their taste or is not what they expected, behaving in a rude manner that makes other customers feel uncomfortable, or who speak to the owner in a casual manner despite it being their first time, or who eat with their elbows on the table or sitting cross-legged with their shoes off even though it is a chair. It is these types of people who, when they are warned about their behavior, vent their frustration by posting reviews on Google and other sites. They are probably unaware of this as they don't want to disturb other customers who are enjoying themselves, but we do not want customers who are rude, unreasonable, insensitive and self-centered, so please refrain from using our services. I believe the most important condition for a restaurant to be rated as good is to have compatibility with the customer. We also occasionally see customers who make various requests when making a reservation over the phone or online to a restaurant they have never been to before. They make online reservations without understanding the details of the plan, asking questions like, "Isn't there anything we can do about it?" "Is this not included?" It's unpleasant to be told something like a complaint. I'm sure it's not all due to COVID, but I thought it was selfish and shameless and had no manners in someone else's restaurant, so I decided to decline. Please understand that we are a friendly French restaurant run by a former sommelier who is here for our customers to enjoy.
