I came here because I wanted to drink sake. There are many dishes that go well with sake, from appetizers to main dishes! The specialty is sea urchin shabu, and except in summer, there is also clam hot pot.On this day, I didn't order hot pot, but instead had lots of snacks.The 8 kinds of appetizers were all good with sake...! We also had kumquats, seasonal vegetables, sea urchin soy sauce, and milt ponzu sauce.The Kujo green onion pork belly roll was sweet with green onions and crispy with pork belly! The fried taro and milt with sea urchin cream gratin were also delicious! Thank you for the meal☺︎
