深夜に「焼肉を食べたくなる」発作がまた出て（笑）三軒茶屋までタクシーを走らせる。
肉人に電話するも 「あーすみません、食材が全部出ちゃいましてぇー閉店なんですよ～」とのこと。
「あのね、あなたの店いつ電話してもその同じセリフで夜12時に店閉めちゃいますよね？」
「食べログには夜12時以降入店可 朝3時まで営業って書いてますよ、あれウソなんですか？」とツッコミを入れてやる。
「すみませ～ん」の一点張り。肉人は深夜焼肉リストから外すことに決定！
そこで訪問したのがこちらのお店
お店は階段を上がった2階です。
まずはユッケから
この店のユッケはサクラ肉でした。
サクラ肉だからか結構あっさり目。もみタレの味は良好。
あー正真正銘のユッケが食べたいなぁ。
次は
タン、コプチャンを貰う。
普通に旨いね。
一番うまかったのは
牛テール煮
トロトロに煮込まれたテールはどこまでも柔らかく
白濁した濃厚なスープには牛骨とテールから出た旨みがぐっと詰まっている。
コラーゲンの塊りのようなこのスープをちびちび飲みながらレモンサワーを飲りました。笑
特別感は無い店だが深夜でもきちんと営業しているその姿勢は評価できる。
次回はもっといろいろなホルモンを頂いてみたい。
