For special anniversaries or as a reward, we offer a full course meal...you are free to choose whatever suits your mood. *Courses must be reserved in advance.
ChefChef Shunsuke Dotani
Shunsuke Dodoya Born in 1984. Born in Gifu Prefecture. As a reaction to the extreme weight loss lifestyle I experienced as a student, I wanted to eat snacks, so I entered the world of food and beverages. After experiencing many foods and drinks, we headed to Kyoto's famous restaurant "Irgiotone". He served as the head chef at the Marunouchi store, and later worked as the head chef at the popular Tokyo restaurant ``Rubelo.'' After gaining a variety of experience working in kitchen trucks, events, on-site cooking, and supervising recipes with an unconventional style, he opened ``luogo'' in Jiyugaoka in December 2022.
