ジューシーで美味しいです。
続けてせせり
しっかり表面が焼いてあるように見え、結構しっかり目の食感に表面仕上がってるように思います。
お次は皮ごぼう！
ゴボウと合わさることで脂控えめに感じる気がして、これも香ばしくて美味しい。
ハツめちゃいい！
クリーミー香ばしい、うんまぁ。
つまみにいぶりがっこクリームチーズ。
くるんであるタイプのやつ。
やっぱりいいつまみ。
更にレバーパテのキャラメリゼ
少しパセリなのかクリーミー感にハーブっぽいのいると思ったらナツメグだったらしい。
クリーミーでスプーンですくいやすく、まさにクレームブリュレくらいのクリーミーさで美味しい。

胡椒と共に肉肉しさを味わう。

脂もあるけど最初の印象は結構さくぷり。
後から脂がしっかり。
西京味噌串は
とろみしっかりあるような麹食べてる感じなくらいしっかり残ってます。
味噌残して、後味香ばしく。
つくねは
柑橘絞らない方が個人的に好きかも。
トロッとさっぱり美味しい。
焼きおにぎりは
なんかのってますよぉ贅沢ですね。
ワンランクアップ焼きおにぎり。
濃厚なスープをいただいて〆。
デザートにフルーツと
食後にはムレスナティーがほうじ茶とこの日は選べました。
日本酒豊富。
ワインも個人的に好きな千曲川ワイナリーがグラスであり、嬉しいラインナップ。
お一人で全て回されている中、
