The freshness that allows you to enjoy it raw is truly appealing. We take pride in our menu featuring freshly ground chicken and offal, with our limited quantity "Ultimate Liver Skewers" being a must-try! We also recommend the "Sashimi Platter of Freshly Ground Chicken," which recreates the flavors that left us impressed in Miyazaki, and the "Black Grilled Old Chicken," known for its unique texture. Additionally, we offer creative dishes that are unique to our restaurant!
