学芸大学駅を出て線路沿いを祐天寺方面に向かう。
直ぐにバス通りに出るので左に曲がると一つ目の角にこの店はある。
店構えは昔ながらの大衆酒場。でも外観も店内も清潔感はある。
店に入ってカウンターの奥に座る。
やきとんは種類は結構豊富だが、この日は翌日から一時休業に入るので、品数が少なく、お任せで4本注文した。
飲み物はまずは生ビール。
冷えたビールを飲んで人心地付く。
やきとんと一緒に注文した白菜漬けは直ぐに出てきたので、漬物をアテにビールを飲む。
漬物は良く漬かっていて美味しい。
ビールを1杯飲み終えてホッピーを注文したところで、焼き物が出てきた。
れば、軟骨、かしら、しろ。
ればとかしらは塩。
ればは半生と言った感じで美味しい。
かしらは食感が良く塩味に良く合う。
やっぱりやきとんにはホッピーが良く合う。
軟骨としろはタレ。
コリッとした軟骨の食感はいつ食べても美味しい。
しろというのも独独の美味しさ。
確かにこれはタレが良く合う。
やきとんを4本と白菜漬で、生ビールとホッピー。
ホッピーはナカを2回お代わりしたので、計4杯のアルコール。
リーズナブルだし料理も美味しい。
今度ゆっくり食べてみたい店だ。
