15 minutes walk from Musashi-Koyama Station on the Tokyu Meguro Line. The young chef, the fifth generation owner?, has taken over from the previous owner and is now back in business. The proprietress is still in good health. Photography is not allowed, so we only have a look at the exterior. We started with the selection course. It seems that the young chef travels all over the country to buy everything from ingredients to sake directly, and there were many things that you can't get anywhere else. We were able to hear a lot of stories about his relationship with the sake brewery, and it was a very enjoyable evening. The first half of selection course was snacks, and the second half was nigiri. The snacks were amazing. There was no end to the dishes that went well with the sake. The nigiri were also amazing. There were many ingredients that you can only get here. It's a shame that you can't take photos. It was a restaurant worth visiting. [selection Course] ・Horse mackerel vinegared ・Conger eel omelette ・Sweetfish from Lake Biwa Small raw fish cooked in tea ・Rishiri kelp yuba stew ・Kue eggs, silver-striped herring ・Isaki, Kimeji, and Kihada young fish Fermented mustard with new onions and soy sauce ・Fried sweetfish ・Grilled demon turban with curry flavor ・Sake companions Mullet, sea bream, and conger eel eggs 7 months salted sea bream miso-marinated, red jake miso-marinated, chicken eggs miso-marinated, salted mullet, dried mullet Start with nigiri ・Magochi Horse mackerel marinated in red vinegar ・Pickled conger eel I've never eaten conger eel like this. Ungrilled conger eel. ・Purple sea urchin It seems that the northern purple sea urchin is a luxurious sea urchin that eats shiri kelp.・Amakusa Honshu sea urchin ・Pickled yellowfin tuna with fermented mustard ・Wild eel topped with soup stock jelly. Eel from Ibaraki Prefecture. ・Kuruma shrimp Oboro nigiri ・Raiga shellfish seaweed roll ・Hanadai (flower sea bream) It is called Kasugo. instgram ID: kuidaore.8 https://www.instagram.com/kuidaore.8/
