restaurant facing the Meguro River, where you can see cherry blossoms in spring. It's one of my favorite French cuisine Restaurants that I visit regularly. This time, I received [selection course + pairing 5 cups]. A creative French cuisine that uses Japan ingredients and Local Cuisine to create French cuisine. For me, the salted plum is just right and I like it very much. If you like alcohol, this is a must-order pairing. The double pairing selected by the sommelier will make the dish even more gorgeous. The homemade bread served with the meal is also exquisite, and it is one of the pleasures every time. Not only the perfection of the course, but also the polite response of the staff allows you to eat comfortably. It seems that the chef has changed since January 31st, so I would like to expect a different Restaurant Re:.

店舗は目黒川沿いに面しており、店内はカウンター席、テーブル席、ロフト席、個室があります。
今の時季は、カウンター席から桜を眺めてお食事を楽しめます。
定期的に伺っていますが、シェフが代わられてからは初訪問になります。
今回は、【鮮魚や美桜鶏など美食フレンチ5皿+ペアリング5杯】をいただきました。
前回はコースを楽しみすぎて写真の撮り忘れが多く中途半端な投稿になったため、今回はしっかりとお料理とドリンクを撮影してきました。
Restaurant Re:は、日本各地の郷土料理やこだわりの食材を使用した季節を感じる創作フレンチと、ペアリングはダブルペアリングというスタイルが特徴のお店です。
圧倒的にソムリエの方のセンスが良く、毎回セレクトしてくださるドリンクが絶妙です。
もちろんペアリングでなくても、お酒が飲めない方でもお好みでオーダーできます。
今回のコースでは、雪間草モンブラン蕪のアイス添えに新政の陽乃鳥の合わせが印象的で美味しかったです。
シェフが代わられお味の変化は特に大きく感じませんでしたが、お料理の華やかさや色合いが柔らかくなったのかなと感じました。
