I visited on a cold, rainy weekday day for my wedding anniversary. I had made a reservation, but I thought it wouldn't be that crowded on a weekday, but it was quite busy and was full by 7pm. It seems that many people have made reservations. Since this was my first visit and I had been informed of the beginner course in advance, I only ordered drinks. All you have to do is follow the course menu. Appetizers include instant-chilled salmon and sweet potato vichyssoise. Each piece is carefully made, very delicious, and visually appealing. The pasta is made with hand-made fresh noodles that are thick and chewy. Mentaiko and Tobiko are good for bubble wrap. The main dish was roasted pork. The sauce is delicious. The meat is also moderately thick and soft. At the end we had coffee and dessert. For the two of us, we ordered a toast drink and an additional drink for about 10,000 yen. I thoroughly enjoyed the food.
