お花見ランチをしに目黒へ。目黒川の桜と言っても、ユイットの桜は八重桜。そのため桜より1週間以上遅く咲きます。桜シーズンのランチは予約制だし、人が混んでないし快適でした。
そして席から思った以上に桜が見られます。入口には桜の花びらが舞い込んでいました。
ユイットのホームページから桜ランチコースを予約していたため、時間に伺うとすぐに通されサラダから。
2018年の桜ランチコース(1860円税別)は
・小エビとツナ、スモークサーモンのサラダ仕立て
・バケット
・認定山形豚バラ肉のロースト
・ドリンク
でした。
バケットは暖かい物を持ってきて頂け、しかもおかわり自由。バラ肉のローストにバジルソース、マッシュポテトがついているのでバケットが無限に食べれちゃいます。毎回毎回暖かいバケットがきて感動しました。パラ肉もキャラメリゼされており、甘くて柔らかい。とてもおいしかったです。
別注文でバナナタルト(税別620円)を注文。お皿にキャラメルソース、桜が描かれとても可愛い1品。バナナの存在感のあるしっとりとした生地、タルト生地もクッキーのようにサクサクしておいしかったです。
お花見シーズンだけじゃもったいない、ランチを食べに、ケーキを食べに、また行きたいな(,,･ω･,,)
