東京のピザ屋の中でも特に伝説的な名店として知られています。
開店は18:00ですが、17:45から寒風の中で行列ができていて、前には広東語を話す観光カップルや、『Ugly Delicious』を見たと思しき外国人グループがいました。
前菜として選んだのはブロッコリー（1800円）。チリと熱々のガーリックオリーブオイルを混ぜ、粗野にパクチーを振りかけて提供されます：粗暴で熱々の美味しさがあり、油がたっぷりで本当に美味しいです。
看板メニューのマルゲリータピザ（2000円）は本当に完璧。普段ピザのクラストをあまり好まない私も、この焦げていて柔らかくもちもちのピザ生地に手が止まりませんでした。チーズの濃厚さ、トマトの酸味、バジルの清香が絶妙に融合しています。満点。
シークレットメニューのビアンカピザ（2200円）もチーズが豊富で良かったのですが、マルゲリータほどの感動はありませんでした。
もしクラシックなマルゲリータピザを求めるなら、確かにこの店は東京で無敵です。異なるピザの味を楽しみたいなら、PSTやSavoyも非常におすすめです。
