伝統的な四川火鍋などの専門店。火鍋伝道師菰田欣也がオーナーシェフを務める「ファイアーホール4000」は、五反田駅からソニー通りを御殿山方向に5～6分歩いた左側(広州市場と同じ通り)赤い看板が目に入ります。
ランチはいつも行列で、週末は17時からの夜のオープンを待ってすぐに伺っても予約がいっぱいで満席のため、なかなか入れませんでした。
今回土曜日の17時半、辛いものが大好きな友人を誘い女性4名で予約して伺いました。
当日17時～17時30分の時間帯で入店、注文限定【早割り】10％off「プレミア加藤ポーク」のコース4,950円(税込)を注文。
テーブルの真ん中には火鍋用の鍋が置いてあります。
手作りの豆板醤を使用した甘辛麻辣（マーラー）と白湯（パイタン）と呼ばれる薬膳スープの2種類があり、ひとつのお鍋が分かれていてそれぞれ食材を入れながら頂きます。
お肉は加藤ポークでしゃぶしゃぶ用とモツ、野菜の盛り合わせ、特製肉団子、湯葉・板春雨セット、〆には自家製麺、そしてデザートは胡麻団子と杏仁豆腐の2種類。
それぞれの食材が運ばれ、スタッフの方がとても丁寧に説明して下さり、2種類のスープに入れながら頂く念願の火鍋。見るからに辛そうな麻辣スープ。本当に辛いけど期待以上の美味しさです。白湯の薬膳スープも体の芯まで温まる香り豊かで正に元気が出るスープ。
色鮮やかなお野菜の盛り合わせ、厳選されたお肉は甘みがあり、種類豊富なもつはプリプリで臭みのない格別な美味しさです。肉団子は生薬の香りがする特製、〆の自家製麺がまた美味しい。最後までとても美味しくて大満足。
2種類の贅沢自家製デザートまで頂いて、火鍋コースを堪能しました。とても美味しかったです。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気の居心地の良い空間、スタッフの方も感じが良く、色々質問しても的確に受け応えして下さり火鍋のプロの集まり。人気があるのが良くわかりました。また伺います。
