先日、ミート矢澤さん系列の『あげ福』のとんかつに感動したので、あげ福のすぐ隣にあるお弁当などでも有名なこちらのお店を初訪問。
とにかくお肉の仕入れにこだわっていて、少しお値段は張りますが、美味しい和牛がお手頃な価格でいただける名店。
平日13:20くらいに訪問。運良く並ばずに案内されましたが、店内は満席。外国人のお客様も何組かいて、老若男女、国籍問わず、多くの人から支持されている人気店であることがうかがえます。
興味あるメニューがいくつもありましたが、今回はお手頃価格でいただける『矢澤ステーキ』をミディアムレアで、ソースは4種類から選べますが、矢澤オリジナルステーキソースを選択。
周りを見ると、ステーキとハンバーグのコンボを注文している方が多いように見受けられました。
分厚いお肉を丁寧に焼き上げてあるので、提供までには少しお時間がかかります。そして待つこと15分ほどで出てきました。
見るからに美味しそうなビジュアルをしています。
お肉を小さくカットして、最初は何も付けずにいただきましたが、肉の旨みが口の中に広がりシアワセな気持ちになります。
オリジナルソースもお肉に合うような絶妙な味。
ゆっくりと味わいながら15分ほどで完食。
とても美味しくいただきました。ご馳走さまでした。
