ビジネスホテル内にあるレストランで、
しばらく前からステーキ専門店に変更したようです。
ロビーの前を通過して入り口に食券機があります。
ファミレス風の店内は先客が2組でした。
食券機で精算する手間ビュッフェで運ぶ手間が
省けるのでスタッフを最小限に出来ることが
見ていてすぐにわかりました。
このメニューなら調理スタッフも一人でできそう。

ミニハヤシとドリンク付き 5食限定
なんていうのがあったのでポチ！っと押しました。
ライス、サラダ、スープはおかわり自由
ドリンクはジンジャーエールを選びました。
雑穀米と白米が選べるのはいいけど、
サラダはキャベツの千切りとマカロニサラダだけ
っていうのは寂しいですね〜
ステーキの鉄板にも付け合わせがないから、野菜が
キャベツと少量の人参だけです。具の少ない
スープは煮詰まってしょっぱそうだなと思ったら
想像どおりでした。
ステーキ用の塩の種類だけは多かったです。
あ、近所のホテルのビュッフェと同じですねぇ
肝心のステーキは細切れサイコロ状のがジュー
ジュー音を立てて出てきました。
硬めの肉は小さいからどんどん熱が入って、
ますます硬くなっていきます。
写真では2切れだけど9切れありました。
美味しいとおもったのはミニハヤシライスでした。
単品で食べてたら評価はもっと高かったですね〜
