三線が乗り入れる大井町駅北口からアーケード商店街を青物横丁駅方面に少し進んだところにあるラーメン屋さんです。ランチタイムにこのお店の店頭で素敵な看板に遭遇！「替玉＠10円」…無条件に店頭の自動販売機に並びました。
スタンダード博多ラーメンWith辛味＠710円と替玉＠10円をポチッとします。
カウンターのみの店内に案内され、着席。カウンター向こうの厨房スタッフは、皆さん彼の国の方のようです。外国人スタッフの作る本場の博多ラーメンと言う難しい命題に悩みます。
で、かなり待たされての着丼。まあ、見た目OKでしょう。お味もこんなもんでしょう。でも、何か違和感がぬぐえません。
ホールでは、唯一の日本人と思しき方がサーブと下げ膳で走り回っています。替玉をオーダーし、「ヤワ」を告げると厨房のスタッフに「1分だから、1分茹でてて！」と指示します。結果は、1分じゃヤワくなかった…(笑)
なんやかんやありながらも完食。替玉＠10円なら、OKです。
