昼飯に冷麺を食べられる店、と聞いて入店。
看板が出ていないとうっかり通り過ぎてしまいそうになる。
入口は狭く、中も細長い造り。
テーブル席が主体。
メニューを見て、ビヤンド特製冷麺を注文。
大盛り無料、ということで大盛りとした。
間もなく小さなジョッキに氷が入って運ばれる。
テーブルにある水の入ったポットで自分で注ぐ。
すると、カクテキ、もやし、韓国海苔、サラダが運ばれてきた。
少量だが、ランチサービスとしては嬉しい。
サラダは普通のサニーレタス。特に印象なし。
もやし。辛さはない。普通。
カクテキ。それ程の辛さはない。特に印象なし。
韓国海苔。塩分が多いかな？と思ったがそれ程でもない。
少し食べにくいが、おつまみみたいでなかなかイケる。
ビヤンド特製冷麺。
皆さんもご指摘の味噌味スープ。
それに少し酸味が効いていて、美味い。
ほど良く冷えていて、真夏では余計美味しく感じられるだろう。
麺もほど良くコシがあり、食べ応えがある。
湯切りもきちんと出来ていて、ヌメリはない。
きゅうりの千切り、ネギ、タマゴ、チャーシュー、プチトマト、海苔が乗っている。
チャーシューは味気ない。既製品？
全体的には物珍しい味噌味冷麺で堪能出来ました。
普通の冷麺も食べてみようかな・・・・
