熊本の郷土料理、”太平燕”
東京でもメニューにしている店はほとんどありません。
アンテナショップの銀座熊本館でも即席カップ出してくるし（－－；
なので、ここはずっと長い間BMしていて、いつか来ようと思っていました。
が、浜松町はいつも乗換ばかりで機会が無く、
同様にBMしていたあんかけスパの店は閉店。
このままではいかん！と、今年の宿題店として年始にピックアップしていたので、
超繁忙期が終わって早速行ってきましたｵｫｫｫ♪ヽ(*´∀｀)ﾉ
が！ランチタイムが終わるまで30分有ったのに、店はすでに閉店ｶﾞ━━(ﾟДﾟ;)━━━ﾝ!!!!!
もしかして、土曜日ランチやってないの？L.O.過ぎてたのかな？
悔しいので次の目的地に向かい、開店時間に戻ってきました。
手前の新しいけど高級感あるお店の前には黒塗りのワンボックスが数台並び、
出来る雰囲気を醸し出す店のスタッフや運転手？達が・・・
あ、ここがあの有名な店だったんですね。
で、私はこちらの店へ・・・無事開いてました＼(＾o＾)／
口開けの客、奥のテーブル席へ通してくれました。
テレビはプロ野球→サッカーと店員さんの好みなんですかね？
一品じゃ寂しかったので、とりあえず先人のレビューで高評価だった「焼き餃子」
それに焼酎のお湯割りをお願いしました。
サービスだったのか、焼酎は濃い目でうれしかったｗ
こんがり焼き目の付いた餃子、生姜醤油で。
皮がモチモチしてたけど、小龍包のようにスープは出てきませんでした。
十分ジューシーでしたけどね。
にんにく不使用だから家に帰っても怒られないｗ
食べ終わってから、いよいよ太平燕を注文。
野菜の甘みがスープに溶け出しててとっても美味しい＼(^q^)／
細い春雨がたっぷり入っているけど、罪悪感が無いｗ
ちゃんぽん麺の替え玉があったら絶対頼んだな(^^
あー！ランチでチャーハン付食べたかったなぁ。
麻婆豆腐も気になるし、ランチ狙いでまた来たいと思います。
