先日東京タワーの近くにある
ザ・プリンスパークタワー東京の33階にある レストランブリーズヴェールでランチ
窓際に座ると大きなガラス張りになっていて素敵
ちなみに、レストランフロアーからは東京タワーは見えないのよねぇ。
同フロアーのスカイラウンジのバーからは良く見えます。

ほんのり温かいバケットはパリパリで美味しい。
～前菜は3種類から選べます～
帆立貝のポワレと彩り野菜のブレッセ
帆立が柔らかい～。素材の旨みを引き出してとっても美味しかったデス。
～スープまたはパスタから選らべます～
冷製パスタ カッペリーニ 小海老とレモン バジルの香り
パッと見た感じあっさり目だけどしっかり味付けされて海老もプリプリでした～。
～メインは4種類から選べます～
牛フィレ肉とチキンのグリル 2種類のソース
牛とチキンが両方楽しめるのは嬉しい。
フィレ肉のソースはマデラソースと言って甘みのあるソースでした。

スタッフさんが全盛り合わせにしてくれました～。

一段高くなったスペースからでも景色は楽しめそう。
比較的ゆったり目な席間隔は贅沢
今回座った席は目の前がレインボーブリッジ
あいにくの曇り空で見晴しは良くなかったけど
夏場のピーカンの時は日差しが強くて眩しいみたいだからこれぐらいが丁度良いのかな。
ちなみに写真の右側に写っているタワー（？）東京タワーではありません！
食後の飲物のハーブティーもなくなるとすぐにお替りをくれたり
さすがホテルだけあってサービスは良かったデス。
思っていたより、女性グループが少なかったような。
その代りにビジネスランチ（？）をしてる男性達がチラホラ
雰囲気重視のレストランとしては凄く良かったぁ。
