夜ごはん

地下鉄大門駅から徒歩1分の老舗中華料理店『新亜飯店』。1969（昭和44）年、上海の名物点心「小籠包」を日本で初めて提供したお店として知られる。浜松町駅から歩いて5分ほど。
お店は、細長いビルに4つのフロアを持つ大箱系。週末の18:15頃に予約なしで伺いましたが、すんなりと入店できました。店内は、界隈であろうビジネスマンたちを中心に賑わっていました。
件の小籠包を結局頼むことはなく、中華の定番料理「海老のチリソース煮」、「青椒肉絲」、「麻婆豆腐」の3つを注文。
5〜6分で一気に3品登場。料理があまりアツアツではないのが、マイナス。大皿にボリュームがすごい。味は、昔から慣れ親しんだ中華料理そのもの。あなたが今想像している、その味です。Cook Doの再現性に改めて感服。
ウーロン茶一杯飲んで、2人でお会計は約¥8500。
味・ボリューム・雰囲気は町中華ですが、価格は割とお高め。「小籠包」を食べると、またイメージが変わるのかもしれない。
