『テレコムセンター西棟』2Fにある「和食屋 六右衛門」という居酒屋を訪問した。
「六右衛門」は、『彩食亭 輪』(赤坂)、『丼と炭火串焼き・酒菜 和味庵』(幕張)の姉妹店がある。
タブレット端末を使用しての注文となり、今回は“限定日替わり カキフライ”の“ごはん、おかず大盛り”を発注した。
注文した後、本来なら【カキフライ】6個付くのだが、数量不足とのことで、1個だけ【唐揚げ】にしても良いかとの質問に対し、了解との返答をした。
ごはん、味噌汁、しらすおろし、ひじき、お新香が付いている。
ごはん大盛を発注したはずなのだが、異様に少ない。
“カキフライ”に関して言えば、【パン粉】が安っぽく、【カキ】のエキスを感じたのは残り1個だけ。
居酒屋ランチはこんなものなんだろう。
