I stopped by after work with a friend! I had work in Toyocho, so I stopped by on my way home! The seats are casual, but the cypress wood gives it a clean atmosphere. We toasted with beer and had celery. After that, we ordered the recommended dishes in order ♪ The celery that came first was perfect as a snack! It was also filling, with the saltiness of the kelp and the crunchiness of the celery ^_^ The remote island sashimi platter was also pretty good! I think it was bonito, sea bream, and amberjack? The amberjack was just delicious (￣ー￣) It had a crispy texture and was easy to bite into, but it also had the sweetness of the white fish fat, which was delicious! The sakes we drank with it, Jiko and Himezen, were also good ♪ Himezen in particular is very sweet, but you can also feel the sourness, so it's refreshing to drink! Personally, it's a sweet sake that I like because it's more refreshing than Tengu Mai. Grilled skewer that came next were also good! The plumpness of the chicken hearts! The fluffy texture of the negima! Everything was delicious. I especially recommend the negima skewers! They were big, but crispy on the outside and plump inside. After that, we had Creative Cuisine such as namero, liver, stewed tripe, rolled omelet with thickened sauce, and hand rolled sea urchin and tuna, all of which were delicious! The matcha ice cream and warabi mochi we ordered at the end came with anmitsu, which added a nice accent to the meal♪ Overall, we enjoyed the variety of drinks and food, so we were very satisfied!!
