まず、お通しの豆腐が一口そのままで、次は麦味噌を付けて食べてくださいとのアナウンスあり。
う～ん、そのままでも美味しいし、２度楽しめるのがいいです。
他にも調味料が２種類出てきたり、味の変化が楽しめるようになっていました。
どの食材も新鮮でおいしかったです。
特にこだわりもん家サラダとつくね、ハマグリとわかめのお吸い物も外せません。
普通の居酒屋のワンランク上の味とコスパに納得できるでしょう。
お店の雰囲気も良く居心地よかったです。
接客もさすが～と思えることがありました。
