This is a Creative Cuisine restaurant that mainly serves fresh fish, Organic Food vegetables, craft beer, wine, and sake. The meat and Organic Food vegetables are delicious, sourced from the same supplier as our sister restaurant "Nikunaido Washokoro" in Monzen-Nakacho. The fresh ingredients we get directly from the producers are very popular. For drinks, we offer craft beer on tap, over 40 types of wine from around the world, and 20 types of sake. |
(プロローグ…中央区)
いつも江東区(豊洲)ばかりで飲んだくれているので、たまには中央区に遠征しようということで職場の先輩がえらんだのがこちらのお店でした。月島の駅に直結したビルにありました。立地は文句ありません。外観はハプのような雰囲気です。予約してあることを確認し、テーブル席に案内してもらいました。今回は飲み放題がセットしてある４０００円のコースにいたしました。
（今回のコース内容）
・食事は次のとおりでした。
前菜３種盛り合わせ（鮮魚のカルパッチョ・鶏のハム・魚の南蛮漬け）、野菜サラダ、フライドポテト、魚と野菜のしゃぶしゃぶ、にゅう麺、デザートという構成です。魚やお肉の産地にこだわっているようです。お肉は九州とか静岡などがメインのようでした。丁寧に作られていねなあという印象です。
(飲み放題のメニューはお店によると４０種類あるそうです。)
・ビア（プレミアムモルツ（生））はやはり金麦とは違いますね。ウィスキーは、水割り・お湯割りなどが選択できました。
サワーの種類は豊富で、レモン・グレープフルーツ・ゆずはちみつ・シークワーサー・津軽りんご・巨峰・リンゴー・あんず・ライム・パイン・ウーロンハイ・緑茶ハイ・男梅サ・ライム・トマトなどがありました。カクテルは、カシスウーロン・カシスソーダ・カシスオレンジ・カシスグレープフルーツ・ライチウーロン・ライチソーダ・ライチオレンジ・ライチグレープフルーツ・ピーチウーロン・ピーチソーダ・ピーチオレンジ・ピーチグレープフルーツなどがあり女子に人気がありました。もうここまで書くと寿限無ですね。私はレモンしか飲んでいません。
オヤジ達の味方の焼酎は、黒霧島、白水（麦と米）、日本酒は、清泉（新潟・久須美酒造）/麒麟山麟辛（新潟・麒麟山酒造）がありました。これはお店のメニューに書いてありました。日本酒はすっきりとした飲み味でした。魚にあいました。
他にもワインや梅酒もありましたが、ここまで飲んだら会社にいけなくなると思いやめました。遅延行為はなかったです。

・今回は１６名の宴会でした。少し席の移動がしんどかったです。１０～１２名くらいだと余裕があります。店内は禁煙で、接客も卒ない感じでした。全体的によくまとまっています。また利用すると思います。
