出会えてよかった…
と、しみじみしちゃうくらいおいしかったです。
「カキ小屋」さんは、築地の場外にお店を構えており、貝料理がおいしいんですよ。
お店の外にもいくつか席があり、さくっと食べることも可能（メニューは限られます）。
でも今回は、お店の中でいただくことにしました。
店内は他のお客さんとのソーシャルディスタンスがたっぷりと取れてます。
まず、店員さんからの伝達。
名物は「カキのがんがん焼き」。カキを酒蒸ししたお料理らしいです。
釜めしは時間がかかるので注文時は注意してほしいとのこと。です！
メニューを開くと、貝料理（主にカキ）が盛りだくさんで、
こんな食べ方もあるのかとびっくりするくらいです。
お昼の時間帯からジョッキでビールを飲んでいるお客さんもいらっしゃいましたが、
我々はドリンク・カキフライ・ホタテのバター焼きを注文しました。
カキフライのサイズには、思わず声が漏れました。
これまで定食屋さんで食べてきたものとは比べ物にならないくらいです。
大きいのでハサミで切って食べます。
見掛け倒しではなく、味もしっかりおいしい。
実がしっかり詰まっていて、噛むたびにおいしさがジュワ―っと広がる感じ。
ウスターソースも提供されましたが、必要ないくらい。
もちろんかけてもおいしいです。
ホタテのバター焼きは時々感じるじゃりじゃりが気になるけど、
バターの香りと引き締まった実が良い。
この組み合わせは他に例えることができない味ですね。
あんまり上手に表現できませんが期待してなかった分、感動は絶大でした。
築地だから出会えたんでしょうね。
この貝たちとの巡りあわせに感謝です。
