昼から講習会続きのため、午前中外回り後にランチを食べてから会社へ向かう。
会社の入っている建物はランチ時大混雑なので一駅手前の月島で下りてむかう。
途中いつも見かけていた当店に。
カラフルな色使いの外観でこれだけ鮮やかだとインドだろうと思ったら
コックさんは明らかにネパール人であった。
細長い店内で奥の方が少し広くなっていたが
とにかく狭い。
このスペースにこの席数はやり過ぎだよと思うくらいの詰め具合。
隣の人が座る時絶対にぶつかり合う。
袖触れ合うも他生の縁どころじゃない。
さて、時間がないから
クイック2カレーにした
真ん中にダムのようにライスで堰き止められ2色のカレーが
サグチキンとキーマだ。
サグチキンはややクリーミーにも見える見た目で
食べやすい大きさのチキンがゴロゴロ入っている。
だが、ガーリックが効きすぎのようで更に脂ギッシュで重い。
キーマはスパイスフルで味のバランスはいいのだがこれもちょっと重い。
当日あまり体調が良くなかったので
味に関しての判断は今回は正確には計れていない。
夜はもう少し違うのかもしれない。
なにしろ満席でぎっちりだったから
回すのも大変なのかもしれない。
店員さんは、絶妙な采配で次から次へと回転させているのでランチのお客さんを取りこぼすことない姿勢が商魂たくましい。
近隣会社員の常連さんは男女ともにかなりつかんでいるようだった。
この清澄通り沿いを北上し佃方面に向かうと、
有名な肉のたかさごの隣にもグラスができている。
至近距離囲い込み作戦は、果たして上手くいくのだろうか？！
今後に期待
