休日の早朝、テレビで豊洲の初競が放映され、美味そうなまぐろを見ていたら、真っ赤な赤身を食べたくなったので築地へ電車でGO！
午前10時40分に到着したところ、築地は外国人がたくさんいて、いたるお店が大行列∑(ﾟДﾟ)
当然すしざんまいの本店と別館にも大行列が…
細路地を入って寿司屋を捜索するとこちらを発見‼️
しかも席が空いてる〜即入店
廻るすしざんまいですから、よくある回転寿司屋さん風ですが、品揃えはそれほど変わらない印象で、一品料理も揃ってます。
とりあえずまぐろということで、
【特選まぐろ五貫】シャリ少なめ
を注文しました。
市場が近いだけに本まぐろは生！
赤身はもったりめったりしっとりとしつつ、しっかり歯応えもあり美味い\(//∇//)\
その後、
【おすすめ五貫】
も注文。
選りすぐりのおすすめだけあっていずれも美味かったのですが、アナゴさんが絶品
甘ダレがかかったアナゴさんは身がふわふわとろとろ〜
あまりに美味いもんだから一本握りも頂いちゃいました(^^)
そして、
【赤身】4皿８貫
を…\(//∇//)\止められない止まらない
さすがすしざんまい‼️
社長、赤身最高に美味いです！
築地で食べる赤身はとっても美味しいぃ〜
ユニークな店員さんがいて美味しく楽しくお寿司をいただけました♪
