新小岩に降りたち初めて訪れた焼肉屋さんです。
この界隈には、地元の人に愛されるハラミに拘った雪月花さんや、亀戸ホルモン独立系のホルモン平田さんなど、焼肉屋さんの激戦区です。
ある程度は伺いましたが、新小岩に住んでから、月1は確実に伺うのがこちら矢つぐさんです。
深夜でもやってるお店はチェーン店が大半で、矢つぐさんのように美味しい商品をコスパ良く提供されているのは新小岩の焼肉屋さんでは矢つぐさんだと思うほど。
どうやらご兄弟で経営されてるようで、俺のイタリアングループで修行した方と、八重洲をメインに店舗を増やしつつある、ホルモンぐぅさんからの独立系のようです。
サービスの食べ放題のネギ盛が用意され、とりあえずドリンクのコール！
こちらは一升瓶の金宮焼酎のボトルキープも出来るので、とりあえずはボトルをコール。
もやしナムル、センマイ刺し、極タンは必ず注文する一品です。タンの中でも1番脂ののりの良いタン元の部分を使用されてると思います。
次に赤身肉が食べたくなると、兄貴盛なる気象部位の4か5点盛り合わせ(日替わり)ですね。
赤身肉も生でも食べられそうな鮮度のお肉が毎度コスパの良いバランスで盛り付けられてます。
ホルモンはこの日ふ上ミノとシビレをオーダーしましたが、写真を撮り忘れました。芝浦直送なので、鮮度抜群なので美味しいですね。
こちらでボトルを入れた日で2人で12000円前後で、ボトルキープを飲めば10000円前後です。
クオリティに対して価格のコスパ抜群ですね。
新小岩に立ち寄った際には是非お伺いします。
