師走の真っ只中を突っ走る…忘年会やら打ち上げやら飲み会やら飲み会やら飲み会やら。。。笑。
胃袋はヘトヘト、目の下にはクマも…！全然ヘコたれませんけど、なにか？笑。
はい、今回は～タイトルにも書いた通り、意外と来たことなかったソラマチから。どちらかというと、スカイツリーは遠くから見る方が多かった…あらためて近くで見ると、「綺麗♪」もちろん遠くから見てもなんですけどね。
そのソラマチにある食幹にお邪魔してまいりました。どこをどう見ても「the 和食」な外観。しかし店内は意外にも真逆でスタイリッシュ。入り口正面にある大きめの窓にはまるで絵のような景色が♪

といったメニュー構成となりました。なかなかリッチな内容ですが…目も舌も心もガッツリ満たされました♪初めて食べた鰤しゃぶ、〆のたまご雑炊までしっかりいただいちゃいました！雲丹も牡蠣もハマグリも大満足。
接客も素晴らしくて感激しました。
