このお店のすぐ近くにあるバートライアングルで知り合い話をしているうちに食べログをやっている事を知り聞いてみればフォロワーさんで…
そんな話をしているとバーのマスターから｢近くで安くて美味しいイタリアンがある｣と聞きこちらのお店に。(同業なのに別の店紹介していいのか？と思いましたが…)
亀戸駅前で待ち合わせをして食べにきました。
お店の場所は少し奥まっていますがバートライアングルのすぐ近くだったので迷わず来ることができました。
まずはビールを注文しお通しの鶏のテリーヌをアテに飲みます。
このテリーヌが美味しく鶏の旨みとレバーより少し硬めの食感、塩加減もよくビールに合うのでとても美味しかったです。
次に迷った時はこれ！という一口前菜を注文。
こちらは前菜メニューをワンプレートにまとめたもので私はチーズが食べられないのでその他の感想になりますが肉巻き沢庵とタラコの燻製、鶏レバーのコンフィが特に美味しかったです。
肉巻き沢庵は沢庵の食感、甘みが鶏の旨みを引き立てますしタラコは安定の美味しさ、鶏レバーのコンフィはレバーの臭みもなく味付けも絶妙で食べやすかったです。
次に樽生スパークリングワインと水蛸のカルパッチョ、トリッパのトマト煮込み、バターチキンリゾットを注文。
樽生スパークリングワインは酸味が抑えられており発泡も強くなく飲みやすいです。
水蛸のカルパッチョはジェノベーゼがかかっており風味がよく味わい深かったです。
トリッパのトマト煮込みは私の好物なので注文しました。
こちらはハチノスをトマトソースで煮込んだものですがハチノスの食感が程よく残る程度に煮込まれており味の染み具合も良好。
とても好みの味でした。
