下町名所、亀戸餃子本店
気風の良い掛け声と熱々の餃子。 |
日曜日の11時半に到着。
ものすごい列でした。30分ほど待って入店できました。
長く待ったせいか、入店できたことや店内の雰囲気にわくわくします(^_^)
辛子の入った小皿と、お酒を頼むともやしとニラのおひたしのようなものが出てきます。
お酒はアサヒの大瓶600円。
餃子は自動的に配給されます。焼き目はパリッ！皮は薄く、餡はキャベツとショウガがシャキシャキ。あっさりおいしい！軽い感じでいくつでも食べられるんじゃないかと思います。
備え付けの調味料は、お酢、醤油、ラー油、こしょうですが、私は「酢醤油とからし」、「酢醤油とラー油」がおいしいと思いました。ラー油は唐辛子がたくさん入っていて、香ばしくて辛くておいしいです。最後は、「酢とラー油」でバクバクいただきました。
結局6皿（30個）いただいて満腹。でも、胃がもたれる感じはない。気持ちも満たされました(^_^)
このお店は錦糸町にもあるのですが、帰りに前を通りがかかってみると、こちらの方が並ばずに入れそうでした。次はこっちに行ってみようっと。
