鯛と水のみで作ったスープが人気のラーメン店を初訪問です。東京メトロ半蔵門線錦糸町駅から徒歩5分くらいです。
特製鯛油そば（1,200円）をいただきました。
【麺】
油そばでは少数派と思われる細麺です。スルスルいただくことができます。
【スープ】
油そばでスープはありませんが、鯛の油と醤油ダレが麺と絡んでオリジナルな味わいです。
【具】
炙った鯛のほぐし身と桜で燻したチャーシューの香りがたまりません。
油そばなので、チャーシューはカットしてある方が食べやすいと思いました。
店主の地元である千葉県船橋市の青菜やのりを使うなど食材にもこだわりがあります。
味玉もおいしかったです。その他に、青ねぎ、すりおろし柚子が入っていました。
近くにはセカンドブランドの『満鶏軒』もあります。ごちそうさまでした。
