第17回TRY（東京ラーメン・オブ・ザ・イヤー）ラーメン大賞２０１６−２０１７
新人大賞を受賞した「真鯛らーめん 麺魚」さんへ訪問。
壁には一面鯛の絵が描かれている。
そして、こちらの麺魚さんは強い拘りを持っている。
その拘りとは、スープに関しては愛媛県宇和島産の真鯛を使用し、鯛から抽出した鯛脂がスープに溶け込む。
麺に関しては、北海道産小麦100％使用し、石臼挽き全粒粉の拘りの麺となっている。
チャーシューに関しては真空低温調理チャーシューを桜で燻しているので香りも最高である。
そんな拘りのラーメンを頂く。
チャーシューはローストビーフのような柔らかいお肉が上に乗っている。
麺とスープに関しても相性が抜群で一度口にしたら止まらずに完食してしまうほどである。
今回は雑炊セットを断念したが、次回はご飯も入れて食べてみようと思う。
ラーメン好きな方に召し上がって頂きたいお勧めなお店の1つである。
