錦糸町駅から1,2分ほど歩いた所にある、肉料理と日本酒を推している居酒屋「いぶり」さん。
都内には有楽町と神田にも店舗を構えているようです。
店内は広々とした個室が多く用意されており、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来ます。
平日の19時ごろの訪問でお客さんは6割ほど。
この日は二名でお伺いし、頂いたメニューは以下の通りです。

ここからは印象に残っているお料理をレビューします。
・和牛すき焼き
こちらのお店の名物である和牛すき焼き。
全国各地から厳選して仕入れを行っており、A4ランクの和牛が贅沢に使われています。
サシが多すぎてもすき焼きは良くないという理由から、A4ランクが最適なお肉とのことです。
出汁は濃すぎず優しい味わいで、お肉本来の味わいを活かした専門店顔負けのクオリティです。
店員さんが一から作ってくださるので、出来たすき焼きを食べるだけなのも嬉しいです。
これで一人前1,680円はかなり破格の値段設定だと思います。
・炙り肉寿司三種盛り
手前から順にサーロイン、そともも、タン中の肉寿司盛り合わせです。
サーロインはサシが綺麗に入っていて、軽く炙ることで脂が溶け出して甘みたっぷりに。
これは嫌いな人がいないレベルの、定番の美味しさ。
そとももは脂肪分がとても少ない部位で、先ほどのサーロインとは対照的に、しっかりとした食感と赤身肉の旨味が楽しめます。
タン中はタンの柔らかい部分を使用した握りで、舌触りがとても良かったです。
・牛タン刺し
こちらもお店が推しているメニュー。
肉刺しというメニュー名ですが、調理の際には60℃台でじっくりと低温調理されているようです。
カイワレやネギなどと一緒に塩だれベースで味付けされていて、お酒にとてもよく合います。
タン元に近い部位も入っていて満足のクオリティーです。
・店長おすすめセット
全国各地から仕入れているこだわりの日本酒の中から、店長がその日オススメするお酒を三種類楽しめるお得なセット。
この日は陸奥八仙、而今、鳳凰美田の三種類。
鳳凰美田と而今はフルーティな味わいで、ファンも多いお酒です。
日本酒に詳しい人も詳しくない人も、とりあえずこのおすすめを頼んでおけば間違いないと思います。
他にもアラカルトで飛露喜や黒龍を頂きました。
・鬼おろしそば
お肉が名物のお店ですが、やはり日本酒を飲んだ後の〆にはそばが食べたくなります。
鬼おろしがいっそう爽やかさを付け加えており、結構お腹いっぱいでしたが、あっという間に食べきってしまいました。
総評、お店のオススメ通りお肉と日本酒がリーズナブルに楽しめ、とても満足です。
特にすき焼きは前述の通り、他のお店の半額以下で美味しいすき焼きが楽しめるので絶対に頼むべきだと思います。
まだまだ飲めなかった日本酒があるので、またお伺いしたいと思います。
