Located in the flowerbed street near the south exit of Kinshicho Station, this restaurant specializes in Akita cuisine.
I've loved kiritanpo for a long time, so I was curious about this place.
However, since hot pots often require a minimum of two servings, I hesitated.
But finally, I decided to step inside.
I sat at the counter and asked if I could order the kiritanpo hot pot for one, to which they replied, "Yes, you can." What a relief!
I ordered cold tofu, simmered dishes, and homemade menchi while waiting for the main hot pot.
The kiritanpo hot pot arrived, topped with plenty of greens and filled with delicious chicken broth.
Both the kiritanpo and the vegetables and mushrooms were delightful.
They recommended finishing with udon or zosui, but I was already full. What a pity.
However, I made sure to enjoy all of the soup before leaving.
