還暦オヤジの錦糸町居酒屋巡り5店舗目。1次会を出て帰るにはまだ早すぎると思い、2軒隣りに有る此方へ。新橋勤務時代の2017年12月、新橋のお店にお伺いした事が有り、良いイメージが有ります。
調べると2005年4月創業、2007年1月設立の㈱馬力が運営。店名の由来は場外馬券売場で店舗を出した事が始まりで、夢と希望に溢れたエネルギッシュな昭和をコンセプトにしているそうです。現在7店舗。
19時過ぎの入店でほぼ満席、活気が有り、千客万来状態。無理をお願いして2席確保して頂きました。
店内は所狭しと短冊と提灯が飾られ、椅子もビールケースに板を乗せた簡易座席と、如何にも昭和の屋台感覚の大衆居酒屋を演出。スタッフさんもキビキビしています。
メニューは焼物、揚物、炒め物、串物、刺身、中華、おでん等、品数は豊富。迷った時は、此方の人気名物メニューの記載されたモント・バリュー杯から。
注文は以下の通り。
生ホルモン刺身 690円
看板メニュー。生ホルモンを提供するのは新鮮な証拠。ニンニク、生姜、胡麻油に浸けて頂きます。好きな一品。
馬力とうふ 490円
人気料理の1つ。片栗粉の衣に濃い目の甘ダレ漬け。仄かにニンニクやバターと香り。
ミックス串 180円
牛豚鶏の肉が1本の串に。肉の部位は分かりませんがまずまず美味しい。
2次会でもあり本日はここまで。
久方振りの訪問ですが中々良かったです。店舗運営は大方を店長の裁量に委ね、料理もセントラルキッチンでの一括調理ではなく、一品一品店舗で手作り調理しているそうです。
価格はリーズナブルで、料理のクオリティーも高く、スピーディーな提供、スタッフもフレンドリーな対応。これこそ大衆居酒屋ですね。ご馳走様でした。
