久々、毛家麺店で担々麺。外観改装されて、「毛家」感は薄れましたが、まだまだクセの強さは残っています。ここは行くたびに味が違うのですが、どうやら料理人が違う、ということではなく、仕上げをする女性によって味が変わるようです。今日はいつもより山椒が弱く、山椒好きの私にはちょっと寂しかったですが、スープの味と細い麺はとても美味しいです。10人も入れば満席ですので入れればラッキー。
