･牛タン居酒屋ならではの、焼きはもちろん、スモーク、シチュー、ローストビーフ、ハンバーグまであって、牛タン好きにはたまらない✨️

･牛たんのローストビーフ丼＆牛たん(たん中)の炙り焼きセット 3,190円
ローストビーフは、ご飯を食べるのに邪魔にならない薄さにしつつも、タン独特の歯ごたえをギリギリ残す絶妙な厚み(*´ω｀*)
ネギのごま油がすごく絡んで♀️
炙り焼きは居酒屋メニューで見かけますが、肉の火の通りが絶妙✨️
