Please savor the finest kamameshi in Japan, crafted with unwavering techniques that honor tradition.

You can enjoy carefully selected seasonal seafood and vegetables, such as Matsutake mushrooms from Shinshu, sweetfish from Tsushima, and fresh oysters from Matoya in Ise-Shima, in various dishes including kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). We also offer a variety of beverages to complement your meal, including sake, shochu, and wine. In particular, the chilled sake served in bamboo tubes spreads a gentle bamboo aroma, enhancing the flavor of the sake even further.
