1日限定20食の「キャベツロール」と「ピロシキ」お目当てで4人でお伺いしました。
家族経営という事もあり入った瞬間の雰囲気が暖かく優しい感じ！
「キャベツロール」って実はロシア料理だったそうです。
日本には明治28年からのようです。知らなかったｗｗ
ラルースさんのキャベツロールは3日間も煮込む手の込んだお料理。
来た瞬間デカって言っちゃいましたｗソースは程よい酸味のトマト系、ナイフを入れると崩れちゃう程やわらかく、挽肉が口の中でホロっとする柔らかさ♪ご飯ちょ！って言いたくなっちゃいますｗ
「ピロシキ」
揚げたてアツアツ！一口食べると挽肉と上質な油がお迎えしてくれ、いくらでも食べられちゃう♪
お持ち帰りしたくなってしまったｗ
