口コミは初ですが、訪問は3度目。
それでも3年ぶりくらい。久しぶり。
人気店なので、入ろうにも並んで
いることが多いのです。
今回は時間に余裕があったので、
並んでも大丈夫という覚悟で訪問。
結果、並ばずにお店を出たお客さんと
入れ替わりで入れました。ラッキー。
物価高騰もあってとのことですが、
3年ぶりのメニュー、お値段上がってました。
注文したのは、焼きそばと悩みましたが
ラーメン￥800。
餃子も美味しいんですよね、知ってる。
でも結構大きいのでワタシ1人では、
両方食べるとお腹が破裂しそうになるんです。
餃子を食べる時は、餃子とビールのみで。
お店の一角で打つ麺のバァーーンという
爆音に時折ビビりながらラーメンを待ちます。
5分ほどで提供されました。
チャーシュー1枚にメンマ、ワカメ、ネギが
乗ったシンプルなしょう油ラーメン。
スープは、優しいまろやかな味。
麺は、さすが手打ちのモッチモチ。
コシも強めなので、よく噛んでいただきます。
麺から小麦の甘みも感じられるし、
スープともバランスよく、美味しいです。
総合的に美味しいのですが、麺の太さが
あまりにもバラバラなのが気になりました。
素人が切ったのか？？と思うレベルで
ヘニョヘニョの1ミリ幅～太い5ミリ超え
の幅のものまで。
この麺の太さバラバラのせいで、箸で
つまみにくいんですね。
ワタシには、ちょっと難でした。
